The San Francisco 49ers pass rush emerged in a big

way last week against the Oakland Raiders. The team racked up seven sacks Womens Dante Pettis Jersey , with Cassius Marsh and Dekoda Watson combining for four of them. The Raiders are a bad football team, but entering the game, their offensive line was ranked in the middle of the pack in Football Outsiders’ adjusted sack rate.Marsh has shown talent since joining the team last year, but has been inconsistent in getting to the quarterback. Watson was primarily a special teams player in his first season with the 49ers, also serving as backup at the SAM linebacker spot. This offseason however, the 49ers worked Watson into an edge rusher role. He was still a backup at SAM, but the team wanted to mix him into the LEO role.Watson suffered a hamstring tear in practice prior to Week 1, and was placed on injured reserve. He returned last week, and he credits weight loss for his big performance in Week 9. He went on a mostly vegetarian diet to cut from the low 270s to 246 pounds, which is closer to the kind of weight the smaller edge rushers can bring in this defense.Considering Watson spent the first half of the season on injured reserve, it would make sense he would be particularly fresh in his return to action. And facing players who had seven games under their belt, that would give him an edge. He’s 30 Youth Richard Sherman Jersey , so it’s hard to see him developing into something he has never really been before, but the thought is moderately intriguing.Watson is playing at a lower weight, and maybe that can put him in a position to at least modestly break out as a pass rusher. Through the first eight years of his NFL career, he had four total sacks. He has 1.5 sacks in his first game back, and he gets to face a bad New York Giants offensive line in Week 10. One more full sack will give him a single season career high. The rest of the season, the 49ers face some shaky offensive lines. After the Giants, they face the Bucs (currently 19th in adjusted sack rate), Seahawks twice (27th), Broncos (16th), Bears (14th), and Rams (8th). If the weight loss is actually giving him an extra speed edge, I’ve got to think he’s got at least one more sack in him.Watson is signed through the 2019 season. He’s not going to suddenly emerge as the dominant edge presence the 49ers will be building around for the future. But maybe he can provide a little something this season that provides some much needed depth next year if they invest a high draft pick or big bucks in an edge rusher. The San Francisco 49ers have some decisions to make for this year and the future Womens Alfred Morris Jersey , but for now it sounds like cornerback Richard Sherman is sticking around. Sherman met with the media on Thursday and when asked if the team had approached him about a trade, he said no.Earlier in the week, Sherman told The Athletic’s David Lombardi that the 49ers were “honest and upfront” with him about the long term plan and 2018 not being an all-in year. The NFL trade deadline is next Tuesday, October 30th. We saw the 49ers do some dealing a year ago, acquiring Jimmy Garoppolo and trading away Rashard Robinson. They are not going to the playoffs this year, but the playoffs were not guaranteed even with a healthy Jimmy Garoppolo. They could decide to deal away some veteran parts, but holding onto Sherman makes sense. They have an otherwise very young secondary. Given the struggles of the group, it makes sense to retain a veteran like Sherman, at least through 2019.

The Chiefs are on fire right now, thanks primarily to Patrick Mahomes and his host of weapons. The game is set to kickoff at 10:00 a.m. PT on FOX. Defensive coordinator Robert Saleh is meeting with the media at 12:40 p.m., and he will be followed by cornerback Richard Sherman. Sherman has spoken to the media the past couple weeks, but this is the first time it’s been mentioned in the media availability release. He spoke regularly in Seattle during game weeks, so this is not surprising. They will be followed by locker room availability from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m. The team hits the practice field at 1:50 p.m. Practice is open to the media until team drills begin, and we’ll get a practice participation report following the session. The 49ers will stream the press conferences Twitter, Facebook, and the team’s app. The 49ers beat writers will also have updates from the media sessions. I’ve embedded our beat writer Twitter list so you can follow along. We’ll have transcripts later today.A Twitter List by NinersNation The San Francisco 49ers have reached the halfway point of their schedule, and it fittingly comes at the same time as the 2018 NFL trade deadline. NFL rules allow for player trade up until 1 p.m. PT on Tuesday, October 30th. After that, deals cannot be formally executed until the new league year starts next March. The 49ers are in the midst of their rebuilding process, and at a bit of a curious period in it. They entered the season looking to push for a playoff berth. They had plenty of holes to fill, but with Jimmy Garoppolo Solomon Thomas jersey , I think most of us thought they could at least hang around the playoff chase into the latter part of the season. The loss of Jerick McKinnon to a torn ACL in training camp lowered expectations a little bit, but we still saw Garoppolo as the guy who could guide this ship. Once Garoppolo went down, expectations changed drastically. C.J. Beathard returned to the starting lineup, and the team is playing out the string looking to 2019 and Garoppolo’s return from ACL surgery. The 49ers are looking at a high draft pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, which could bring a serious impact edge rusher or cornerback (or another position). That coupled with the return of Garoppolo and McKinnon likely raises expectations back to the playoff level. We don’t know how Garoppolo or McKinnon will respond coming off a torn ACL, but that won’t stop people from thinking this is a playoff team. And so, as the trade deadline approaches, the team has to balance a potential 2019 playoff push with the long-term process. We’ve heard trade rumors thus far about Pierre Gar莽on and Jimmie Ward. Gar莽on is struggling with injuries and might be hitting the end of the road, while Ward has been shuffled around every year and is in the option year of his rookie contract. I could see both being dealt if the 49ers can get some draft pick compensation. There has been some mention of Richard Sherman as a potential trade option, but that won’t be happening this year. John Lynch has said he is part of the future, and Sherman himself has said they told him as much. A Godfather offer could come along, but that seems unlikely at this point.Matt Maiocco brought up an interesting name in his trade deadline primer: guard Joshua Garnett. The 2016 first round pick spent last season on injured reserve, and has been inactive six of the eight games thus far in 2018. An injury cost him a chance at starting over Mike Person Authentic Ahkello Witherspoon jersey , but it remains to be seen if he was going to claim a starting job even if healthy. Person signed a one-year contract this year, so his future is uncertain. The 49ers might very well not be able to get even a seventh for Garnett at this point, but he will be someone to track as the deadline approaches this afternoon.Another name is occasionally mentioned, but makes little to no sense given the current status of the team. I’ve had people ask if Joe Staley should be traded. ESPN’s Mike Sando recently put together a rundown of deals NFL executives have either suggested to him or he has vetted with them. He included a deal that had the Los Angeles Chargers sending a third round pick to the 49ers for Staley.I get that the 49ers could move McGlinchey to left tackle and draft or sign another tackle next year, but this where looking to be competitive in 2019 comes into play. Long-term, the 49ers will need to replace Joe Staley. But for a potential playoff push in 2019 and maybe 2020, Staley would seem to be the best answer if you want to fill other needs with higher impact picks. If the 49ers think he will take a step back, that’s another discussion entirely, but to trade him for any other reason doesn’t make sense to me.Do you actually expect to see any deals today? We’ve heard talk of this deadline being busier than any in recent memory, but NFL trades are slow to develop. I would be pleasantly surprised to see it turn into a busy day, but I’m not holding my breath.

The San Francisco 49ers will have themselves a test when they head to Kansas City to face the Chiefs on Sunday. If you don’t think they will have their hands full http://www.the49ersfootballauthentic.com/kyle-juszczyk-jersey-authentic , you’re delusional. The Chiefs are coming off two of the most explosive games ever and will look to continue on against the 49ers. Yet, the 49ers might have a chance. A slim one, but if Garoppolo can get the ball out and get things going, then the 49ers might be able to match the Chiefs strike for strike. The defense may not be able to do much. We’ve seen what it can do—which is allow the Detroit Lions to run up 27 points on them. So this game is going to rest on Jimmy G, and while I’m still happy he’s the starting quarterback, he’s got a lot to do in this game. So this is going to be an offensive game, a big one. Unless the 49ers have enough tape to expose Patrick Mahomes, which is going to happen at some point. The Los Angeles Chargers have been short-handed the first three weeks of the season without their top two pass rushers. On Sunday, that lack of a pass rush was one of the biggest reasons why they lost to their cross-town rivals. The Chargers were only able to get one sack against Jared Goff in a 35-23 loss to the Rams at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. A non-existent pass rush allowed Goff to pick the Chargers apart, throwing for 354 yards and three touchdowns."We couldn't get off the field. I think the first half, he completed 90 percent of his passes," Chargers coach Anthony Lynn said. "We have to figure out how to get pressure on the quarterback."The Chargers (1-2) will get defensive tackle Corey Liuget back after next Sunday's game against San Francisco when his four-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances ends. But Joey Bosa's return date is less certain. Lynn sounded after Sunday's game that the third-year defensive end won't be returning anytime soon."We're feeling it (the losses of Liuget and Bosa) but we have to do something to get the quarterback on the ground. That is up to me and everyone up front," nose tackle Damion Square said. The Chargers got pressure on Goff only three of the 37 times he dropped back to pass. The 8.1 percent is the fourth worst pressure rate on a quarterback in this week's games according to Sportradar. He had an average time of 2.90 seconds to throw http://www.49erscheapstore.com/kyle-juszczyk-jersey-cheap , which is more than this week's league average of 2.72 seconds. The lack of pressure is why Goff was able to complete 29 of 36 passes. The 80.6 completion rate ties for the second highest against the Chargers since 2010. Goff completed 13 of his first 14 throws and was 21 of 25 for 216 yards in the first half.Even when the Chargers were able to force a third down, they were rarely able to get a stop. The Rams 鈥?who punted only once in 10 possessions 鈥?converted eight of 11 third downs, including three where there were 6 or more yards to go."It was on us on defense. We couldn't get a stop. We made them punt one time," safety Derwin James said. "The offense put up enough points."Even when the Chargers were able to make a play on defense, they had something else happen. James picked off Goff on a pass intended for Gerald Everett in the end zone, but instead of a touchback, the momentum carried him out of the end zone and the Chargers took over their own 1.With the pick, James joined Dallas' Bill Bates as the only rookie defensive backs in a non-strike year to have two sacks and an INT in their first three games. One solution for the Chargers to dial up more pressure might be playing James closer to the line of scrimmage. They did that the first two weeks, but he played deeper and was more of a natural free safety because of the Rams' deep threats."Sometimes when I blitz, I get in my rhythm," James said. "At the end of the day, we have to execute as a defense. We have to mix it up and the guys that have 1-on-1 matchups have to win."One of the few saving graces for the Chargers is that they already faced two of the league's most potent offenses the first three weeks of the season in the Chiefs and Rams. In Week 1, Kansas City beat the Chargers 38-28 as Patrick Mahomes threw for 256 yards and four touchdowns . But much like against the Rams Youth Jaquiski Tartt Jersey , the Chargers only sacked Mahomes once in that game, too.Things figure to get slightly easier the next two weeks with home games against San Francisco, who may have lost Jimmy Garoppolo for the year to a knee injury, and Oakland."It was a similar game from Week 1, for sure. They've got good talent at receiver, great running back, good quarterback. They kind of have a similar playbook, you see (play) actions, you see boots (bootlegs), you see motions," cornerback Desmond King said. "We're going to bounce back, for sure. We can't let this loss affect us."Follow Joe Reedy at joereedy

The New York Giants are once again watching their season slip

away almost before it begins. The team might have one last chance to save their season when they travel to take on the Carolina Panthers this Sunday. If that is to happen Youth Saquon Barkley Jersey , the defense might need to carry the day.The Giants’ defense has played well enough for them to win each of the games they have played, giving up just 20 points to both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Dallas Cowboys, and they played far better than the 33 points they gave up to the Saints would suggest. However, their Achilles heel this year has been running quarterbacks, and they face one of the best in the league in Cam Newton. Will the Giants’ defense be able to do enough to slow down the Panthers’ rushing attack and hope the offense can find an identity?Stats at a glance Panthers’ offenseRushing yards: 166.0 per gamePassing yards: 203.7 per gameTotal yards: 369.7 per gamePoints: 23.7 per gameGiants’ defenseRushing yards: 126.0 per gamePassing yards: 228.8 per gameTotal yards: 354.8 per gamePoints: 23.8 per gameCan the Giants finally defend the Zone-Read offense? The Carolina Panthers don’t have much of a passing attack. Their 203.7 yards per game is only good for 25th best in the league. However, they don’t need to throw the ball to move it, because they boast the league’s best running game, averaging 166 yards per game. And while Christian McCaffrey is a good runner of the ball — he averaged 6.6 yards per carry against the Cincinnati Bengals when he had 28 attempts — the reason for the Panthers’ success on the ground is Cam Newton. Or rather, the zone read. The Panthers are one of the few teams in the NFL to feature the zone read as a fundamental part of their offense. But then, they are the only team in the league to have Cam Newton at quarterback. The zone read exploded on to the NFL’s scene about eight years ago with the drafting of players like Newton and Colin Kaepernick — big, athletic quarterbacks who were runners as well as passers. The offense enjoyed a season or two of wide-spread success before retreating to be more of a trick play than an offensive staple. Defenses in the NFL are too smart, too big, too fast, and quarterbacks far too valuable for any scheme which consistently exposes them to hits to last long. But Newton is unique in his size http://www.authenticsnewyorkgiants.com/cheap-rhett-ellison-jersey , athleticism, and natural ability as a runner. The Panthers would be crazy to not feature the zone read with Newton running their offense. Combined with McCaffrey, the zone read is especially effective. The two players represent a stark contrast in styles, with McCaffrey’s shifty agility and Newton’s size and power. As well, even when McCaffrey is split out wide as a receiver, Newton’s presence always keeps the threat of a run on the table. Defending the zone read is relatively simple in theory: Maintain discipline on defense, play assignment-sound football, do not over-pursue, and tackle securely. However, it is more difficult than that in practice. The defense must be able to force the quarterback to make the read they want him to make, and the players must have the discipline to trust their teammates to play their assignments even though the offense is trying to create a numbers advantage. So far the defense has looked lost defending the zone read against the Jaguars, Cowboys, and Saints. The Giants will continue to see the zone read until they prove that they are able to stop it, and if they want to have a chance at winning this week http://www.authenticsnewyorkgiants.com/cheap-connor-barwin-jersey , they will need to do just that.Run CMCChristian McCaffrey occupies a unique place in the NFL. He is not only his team’s top running back, but also effectively their top receiver.McCaffrey has three times as many carries (46) as the number two running back (C.J. Anderson, 12). He also has nearly twice as many receptions (22) as the next receiving option (Devin Funchess, 14). It isn’t accurate to say that he is the engine that makes the Panthers’ offense go — that would be Cam Newton — but McCaffrey is clearly their biggest threat. His receiving ability will likely get the most attention; he does run routes and catch the ball like a wide receiver. But McCaffrey’s running ability shouldn’t be ignored either. He is only listed at 5-foot-11, 205 pounds, but his lower body is remarkably powerful for a small back. Combined with his vision and rare short-area quickness, that power makes McCaffrey very hard to bring down around the line of scrimmage. All too often he manages to fight his way through arm tackles and pick up far more yards than one might expect just by looking at him. Now, back to that receiving ability for a moment. Like Alvin Kamara, McCaffrey lines up all across the offensive front, from the backfield, to slot receiver, to wide receiver. He is a natural catcher of the ball who runs good routes and adjusts well to the ball in flight. With his lower body power and movement skills, McCaffrey is a tough cover for most defenders — he doesn’t have the speed to run away from most defensive backs, but quick feet and remarkably fluid movement let him change directions very easily. If stopping the read option is the Giants’ first order of business http://www.authenticsnewyorkgiants.com/cheap-ray-ray-armstrong-jersey , then containing McCaffrey must be the second.Who will be on the field?Despite giving up 33 points to the New Orleans Saints, the Giants’ defense has played well enough for the team to win in each of their games in 2018. But now, reinforcements might be on the way for their road trip to CarolinaDefensive tackle Josh Mauro’s suspension is over, and he is eligible to rejoin the team — though they will need to make a roster move to add him to the 53-man roster. The former Arizona Cardinals lineman was added to both help fill a role in the new defensive scheme and aid the transition to that scheme. Mauro played well with the second team in preseason, and was often around the ball, though that was against backup linemen. Top edge rusher Olivier Vernon could be on his way back as well. Vernon is still working his way back from a high ankle sprain suffered in practice during the preseason. However, he practiced twice in a row last week before being ruled out for the Giants’ game against the Saints. If Vernon has not suffered any setbacks, he could make his 2018 debut for a Giants team in desperate need of a true every-down threat off the edge. They have been getting along without him, with players like Kareem Martin, Connor Barwin, Lorenzo Carter, Dalvin Tomlinson, and B.J. Hill providing their meager pass rush. Adding Vernon to the mix could be the spark the front seven needs. Finally, we come to Eli Apple. the third year corner got off to a fantastic start in the first two games http://www.authenticsnewyorkgiants.com/cheap-b.j.-goodson-jersey , but was lost in week two to a groin injury. B.W. Webb has played about as well as could be hoped in Apple’s absence, but there is a clear step down between the two. Apple had limited participation in practice before Week 4, and says that he is feeling “much better.” Getting all three players back — particularly Vernon and Apple — could be a tremendous boost for the Giants’ defense. Having two cornerbacks capable of matching up one-on-one with the Panthers’ receivers and their best EDGE player back could be huge against the Panthers’ run-based offense. The excuse given for Odell Beckham‘s early exit from the playing field before halftime on Thursday night was dehydration. So what’s the excuse for his dehydration?Answer: There isn’t one. Hydration or lack thereof can, and should, be controlled. Players need to spend the days preceding the game drinking enough fluids. Players need to spend the time during the game taking in even more fluids, if need be.It’s one of those little things that helps separate a good team from a bad team. Former Patriots safety Rodney Harrison, for example, has explained that a heated competition existed among his teammates regarding their water consumption, all in the name of ensuring that everyone will be properly hydrated on game day. After the 34-13 loss to the Eagles, Giants coach Pat Shurmur acknowledged that dehydration has been an issue for Beckham. That only makes it worse; it shows that the team has been aware of the situation, and that the team has been unwilling or unable to solve it.The real question is whether the problem ultimately arises from Beckham failed to do what he’s told to do. Which underscores the question of whether anyone is able to hold him truly accountable to anything and everything that he needs to do to get the most out of his abilities.Success is much more than one-handed catches. Plenty of far less glamorous boxes need to be checked along the way, and if Beckham has chronic dehydration issues, it’s fair to ask why he isn’t checking the “drink enough water” box.

The Giants did not announce terms of the deal, believed to be worth $95 million, but they did discuss the length of the contract.“It’s a five-year extension, six years total,” GM Dave Gettleman said via a statement released by the team. “We got him until he’s 108. I never worried whether or not we would get it done. I’m pleased, because the litmus test for a contract is that neither side is ticked off before the ink can dry, and neither side should be ticked off. It’s a very fair deal.”Beckham, who celebrated with teammates in the locker room after signing the deal, was grateful.“Honestly, I don’t even know how to explain it,” Beckham said. “I don’t know if it’s a relief, I don’t know – it’s a combination of everything. You’ve worked all your life to get to this point and it’s finally here. I have to thank Mr. Mara, Steve Tisch, Mr. Gettleman, coach (Pat) Shurmur, Eli (Manning) Aldrick Rosas Jersey , all the guys I played with in the past years. Everybody was really a part of this - my mom, my dad, my family, everybody who was supporting me through this. It’s just such an amazing feeling, I can’t even explain. Most importantly, I have to thank God for being able to put me back together mentally, physically, spiritually. This is just truly amazing; I don’t even know the right words to describe.“It was just a time of patience and waiting and I knew that it would get done, it just was a matter of when and I’m just so happy that it is finally done now.”This is a deal co-owner John Mara has wanted to reach with Beckham for some time now.“As I have said, I think Odell personally is moving in the right direction,” said Mara, the Giants’ president and chief executive officer. “He came to camp with a tremendous attitude, with a smile on his face and worked hard and reminded us of his unique abilities. He’s ready to have a great season and we’re ready for him to have a great season.”“It was not a distraction because of the way we handled it,” Gettleman said. “The way he handled it, the way we handled it. I was thrilled when he spoke to the media at training camp. I was thrilled he said it’ll get done when it gets done, because that’s what it is. You can’t force things Youth Patrick Omameh Jersey , it’s a negotiation. It’s a back and forth, both sides have to be intentional and thoughtful, which we were. It was great negotiating, it was a very good give and take with Kevin (Abrams, the assistant general manager) and Zeke (Sandhu, Beckham’s agent). We got to the right answer as far as I’m concerned.”“It’s a great day for our franchise and our fans,” said chairman and executive vice president Steve Tisch. “I am excited about our future, especially with Odell and Eli and their teammates operating in Pat’s (Shurmur) offense. We have seen Odell grow. His enthusiasm and work ethic are contagious, and my hope for him and for us - and I know he feels the same - is for him to be remembered as one of the great Giants of all time.”Beckham said the deal is “not going to change my goals.”“This just kind of secures you and your family, and the ones that are going to come along after you in your family,” he said. “For me, it’s not going to change my goals that I have on the field. If anything, it just increased them even more. I just want to be able to come out and play football the way that I’ve always played, the way that I love it and have some of my best years that I’ve ever had in my entire life. This is nothing but more motivation to go even harder and to do even better.” Good morning, New York Giants fans! Here are your Friday headlines.Giants still hoping for turnaroundThe Giants are 1-5. The chance they will make the playoffs is virtually non-existent — 1 percent per FiveThirtyEight, and the chances of even a .500 season appear slim. Still Aldrick Rosas Jersey , players are trying to be optimistic, trying to stay together, which is a change from a season ago.Landon Collins:“You still see smiles in people’s faces when they come up in here. Positive outlooks, nobody is saying the season’s over, nobody said that since we’ve been 1-5, no one has said that, and everybody’s just staying positive,” Collins said. “We got the team, we got the guys, know what we can do and what we’re capable of so once we put one in the bucket I think we’re going to keep it going from there.“The challenge is that it’s hard. Definitely hard, but when you know you got guys that you play for, your brothers that you play for, guy on my left, guy on my right, you play for those guys each and every play. As long as we’re having a fun time, having a good time I’ll come in here with positive thoughts.”Nate Solder:“I don’t think you can pay attention to any of that [being 1-5]. I think that’s just a life lesson. There’s going to be plenty of stuff that goes on and the noise in just general. Everyone else that doesn’t really know or is involved in and they’re always going to be looking to bring you down Authentic Rhett Ellison Jersey ,” Solder said. “The challenge is we just got to support each other and not take anything for granted. We only have a short time on this earth, we got to enjoy every single minute of it, love on each other and just spend the time with each other and prove, get better and have fun doing it.”Eli Manning:“It’s easy to get hot in this league, it’s possible. We just got to find a way to get one. This week on the road, a tough contest against Atlanta, but I think the guys are ready, and focused, and ready to go out there and ready to play better football.”Around the Inter-GoogleTraina: How did the Giants get here? Blame for the team’s woes goes well beyond this year’s roster – The AthleticThe team's poor drafting record (and numerous free agent signings to make up for it) under former GM Jerry Reese is still affecting the current roster.Saquon Barkley tries putting all Giants’ fears to rest: from Eli to Darnold“It sucks seeing that everyone just trying to put all the blame on Eli, and that’s not the case,” Barkley says. “At the end of the day, you win as a team and you lose as a team, and as a team we gotta get better.”[E-mail Ed at bigblueview@gmail.com or via the Big Blue View Contact Page | Follow Big Blue View on Twitter | ‘Like’ Big Blue View on Facebook | Follow Big Blue View on Instagram]

At 1-3 Rhett Ellison Jersey , 2018 NFL season. If you look, though, there are some things to feel good about. One of those has been the steady improvement of the offensive line, with coach Pat Shurmur telling WFAN on Tuesday that he felt Sunday against the New Orleans Saints “the offensive line as a unit played their best game.”On Wednesday, Shurmur singled out rookie left guard Will Hernandez, the team’s second-round pick, and second-year right tackle Chad Wheeler, starting his second game after taking over at right tackle for Ereck Flowers, for praise. After allowing two pressures in each of the first two games, Hernandez has not been responsible for a quarterback pressure in the past two games. His pro Football Focus pass-blocking grade of 88.2 was his best of the season.“Part of it is just playing more and more. Some people say you need 5,000 snaps before you get into it, he [Hernandez] didn’t have the benefit of that,” Shurmur said. ‘He’s getting better. I think it was his best game, still has his mistakes but I think all in all, it was his best game, which is good, so we hope it just continues to go like it is.”Hernandez does feel like he has gotten better.“I feel like I’ve definitely been improving. I want to keep getting better because I’m not satisfied with that performance [vs. New Orleans],” he said. “I want to keep building on what I did good and keep getting better at the stuff I didn’t do so good.”Danielle Parhizkaran-USA TODAY SportsHernandez said he has definitely learned the value of playing with leverage at the NFL level.“I’ve always felt like I played too tall,” he said. “Sometimes I’ve been able to get away with it in college. Here I quickly learned that good leverage and good technique is the best way to go.”After giving up three sacks to J.J. Watt in his first start, Wheeler gave up four pressures vs. the Saints but kept Cameron Jordan out of the sack column.“I think he [Wheeler] played better this game than he did last game,” Shurmur said. “The thing I appreciate about him is, he walks around pretty quiet sort of Monday through Saturday Cheap Landon Collins Jersey , but on game day, you can see the emotions and you can see him playing hard and competing, and he works hard in practice. “For a guy that plays with emotion and then he works hard and he competes, then he’ll continue to get better because he has a good skillset. Just like Will, we’re hopeful that he has a better game than he did last week. He’s going to get another tough matchup, so we’ll see how he does.”Looking on the Saints game on Wednesday, Wheeler didn’t want to hear about what he did well.“Just didn’t open up enough holes, didn’t pass block well enough, coulda done a lot of things better,” he said. “You’ve gotta be hard on yourself, especially being an undrafted free agent. You’re always going to have that chip on your shoulder. Never going to feel like you’re good enough. Honestly when you start feeling like you’re good enough that’s when you get humbled in this league.”An improving group? Both players indicated that they feel like the much-maligned line, including new center John Greco, has been getting better.“As a group I feel like we’re coming together,” Wheeler said. “Just doing the little things, just do simple better. We don’t have to re-invent the wheel or try to be Supermen out there. You’ve just gotta do your job and hope the guy next to you is doing his.”Hernandez agreed:“I feel like we’ve been improving as a group and we’re going to keep improving, but we’ve got to step it up,” he said. “We don’t want to keep improving little by little every game. We want to improve as fast as we can.”College football Week 6: Giants scouting the ACC Happy Saturday everyone, and welcome to Week 6 of the college football season! Somehow it’s hard to believe that there have already been six weeks of football, that some teams are at the half-way point in their schedules, yet here we are. We are also finally getting in to the real meat of the college football schedule, where the easy tune-up games are all but over and ranked teams begin to play each other more regularly. We’re highlighting a pair of them today, as well as a matchup in the ACC between Miami and Florida State Cheap B.J. Hill Jersey , which the New York Giants will be scouting.(19) Texas at (7) OklahomaFOX - noonThe first game of the afternoon will be between a pair of ranked teams, Texas and Oklahoma. The game should favor Oklahoma, who boast an offense that remains one of the best in the nation despite losing Baker Mayfield to the NFL. Running back Rodney Anderson and wide receiver Marquise Brown (also known as ‘Hollywood’) will be the players to watch this week, and given their talents, it will be hard not to watch them. The Giants have already invested a 2019 draft pick in a cornerback (Sam Beal, supplemental draft), but Kris Boyd might be a player to watch on the Texas side of things. It could well be his job to slow down Hollywood Brown, and if he does so, it could be a major boost for his draft stock. Miami seemingly came from nowhere with a young, athletic, and brash — bearing a five-pound gold chain which was bestowed on whichever player forced the latest turnover. The underclassmen who powered that Miami team are starting to mature and now, and will be draft eligible this year and next. In particular, Giants fans might want to pay attention to senior safety Jaquan Johnson, who could be one of the best and most versatile safeties in the draft. Meanwhile, Florida State has some players of their own. Most eyes will be on defensive linemen Brian Burns — who could be a solid fit as a 3-4 OLB as well — and DT Demarcus Christmas. CB Lavonta Taylor might be another player to keep an eye on, though he might have to transition to slot corner in the NFL.Players to watchFlorida StateBrian Burns (EDGE)Demarcus Christmas (DT)Lavonta Taylor (CB)MiamiGerald Willis III (DL) Jacquan Johnson (S)Amon Richards (WR)Shaquille Quarterman (ILB)Joe Jackson (OLB)(6) Notre Dame at (24) Virginia TechABC - 8 p.m. This game is likely going to Notre Dame, but it should be a good show along the way. The preponderance of the talent is on the Irish sideline, but VT has a habit of sneaking up on opponents even when talent isn’t on its side.Notre Dame has talent throughout its defense, which the Fighting Irish have ridden so far this season. They also have a pair of big wide receivers who could catch the eye of the GM who drafted Kelvin Benjamin and Devin Funchess in consecutive yearsBut, from a scouting perspective, Notre Dame will be the team to watch in this game.Players to watchNotre DameJerry Tillery (DT)Khalid Kareem (DE)Te’von Coney (OLB)Drue Tranquill (OLB) Julian Love (CB)Miles Boykin (WR)Chase Claypool (WR)Virginia TechTrevon Hill (EDGE)Richard Walker (DT)Yosuah Nijman (OT)

Why new Patriots wide receiver Josh Gordon

is an amazing player 1 Authentic Chris Hogan Jersey Salute to Service ,646. That’s how many yards receiving Josh Gordon produced during the 2013 season. An enormous number. How enormous? Enough to clock in at 13th overall when it comes to the single season record for receiving yards. Here is a list of the wide receivers in NFL history who have produced more yards in a single year than Gordon did in 2013:9. In the history of the NFL only 9 players have produced more yards in a single season than Gordon. He is in the elite top 10 pantheon, its majority will be enshrined in the Hall of Fame at some point in time. What makes Gordon’s accomplishment all the more impressive is that it occurred while catching passes from Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell. Who? Exactly. So how was Josh Gordon able to produce at such an elite level? The biggest reason is that he is a physical freak: he is 6’3, 225 lbs with a massive wingspan and large bear paws for hands. If you were designing the perfect receiver in a lab he would look eerily close to Gordon. He also posted an impressive vertical and broad jump – impressive, but it is his speed that makes Gordon elite. Gordon posted a pedestrian 4.5 40-yard dash at his pro day. Normally that would be a bit of a warning sign. Pro days already tend to favor the player with generous scores so it would be reasonable to assume he was even slower. Reasonable. But wrong. Gordon possesses blazing 4.3 caliber speed, a unicorn level athleticism for a man of his size. The speed earned Gordon the appropriate nickname “Flash”.“But PC,” I hear you say, “we already have an elite athlete in Cordarrelle Patterson! You have waxed for weeks that you think Patterson is a gadget player who will not reach his peak. Why do we need another washed up receiver who can’t make good on his athletic gifts?” Patience. I will explain. Josh Gordon can’t run routes. Josh Gordon has great physicality. Josh Gordon has good vision. “PC! You are literally describing Patterson.”Let me finish.Josh Gordon is great at creating separation. Josh Gordon has great hands. Josh Gordon makes great plays on the ball. These skills separate him from the likes of Patterson and propel him into the realm of elite talents. There are really only two skills that matter for a wide receiver: getting open and catching the ball. Josh Gordon can get open and he can catch the ball as good as any wide receiver in the NFL. That’s why he has posted a 1,646 yards receiving in a single season and Patterson has never cracked 500 yards. One of the stats that PFF loves to throw around is that when defenses play man coverage against Brady they have a lot more success. Ramsey, in his post game interview of the 2017 AFCC, specifically cited the teams move away from man to zone coverage during the fourth quarter as part of the reason Brady was able to stage a comeback. If they had continued to play man Authentic Patrick Chung Jersey , Ramsey seemed to be suggesting, they would have won the game. The Chiefs are a team that have given the Patriots fits in the past and their defense runs man coverage more than any other in the NFL. PFF and Ramsey would suggest there was a relationship there. Why is man coverage successful against Brady? One of the reasons is that our receivers legitimately are not that good. There isn’t a single wide receiver on this roster who can consistently square up against a talented corner and win. The only exception to that rule is Gronk. You cannot get away with man coverage because Gronk is almost impossible to guard man to man. You need only look at the Steelers game last year to see what happens when you try to put a safety one on one against Gronk. But expecting Gronk to carry the game every single time is unrealistic. Furthermore, you can occasionally find freaks like the Chiefs Eric Berry who can do decent job covering Gronk one on one. What does this have to do with Josh Gordon? Well, Josh Gordon squared up against one of the best corner’s in the NFL last year and beat him clean for the catch. There is a good breakdown from Football Outsiders reviewing some of the limited snaps Gordon played last season. In one of the clips, Gordon is matched up in man-to-man against Casey Heyward, Pro Football Focus’ top ranked corner’s from the 2017 season. Gordon gets separation and than leaps in the air for a catch. This is what the Patriots offense is missing. That’s why the Patriots traded for him. Keep in mind that Outsider film is from last year. Gordon has not played a lot of football but it’s clear he has plenty of juice left. He’s only 27 years old. I don’t care that he doesn’t run routes well. Do you think Randy Moss and Brandin Cooks ran complicated routes? No. They ran go routes all day every day and they were excellent weapons. I’m exaggerating some but not by a lot. Gordon can also do a lot of the things Patterson is asked to do but with the added advantage of other teams not knowing he is going to do it because he is capable of so much more. I don’t care that he only has a little over fifty percent catch percentage. Do you remember who was throwing to him? Exactly you already forgot their names. His percentage could easily increase by ten percent with the pinpoint accuracy of the GOAT. To put it simplyGordon can provide the speed of Cooks, the yards after reception of Patterson, and the man coverage busting skills of Gronk. Let me be blunt: if Josh Gordon keeps his nose clean and returns to “Flash” status the Patriots are almost assuredly going to another Super Bowl. Imagine adding Rob Gronkowski to the 2007 offense with Randy Moss and Wes Welker? Gordon is not as good as Moss and Julian Edelman is not as good as Welker, but Gronk more than makes up for the difference. You might think this is an exaggeration but it really is not. How can defenses possibly defend against an offense putting Gronk, Edelman Derek Rivers Jersey Salute to Service , Gordon, White/Michel and Dorsett on the field at the same time? There is no defense in the NFL that is equipped to guard that much size, speed, and quickness. If Gordon lived up to his full potential you are not just talking about an elite offense you are potentially talking about an historic one. 1,646. This is not hyperbole. This is an empirical fact. Gordon has empirically proven he can be that good. It just doesn’t matter. 9. That’s the chance I give of this trading working out. 9 percent. The Browns are 1-32-1 and they were ready to cut Gordon straight up. The most they could get for him, despite numerous teams bidding for the trade and Gordon possessing all the talent in the world, was a basement 5th round pick from a team in the same conference they are. Gordon is a headcase. I sympathize deeply with him. You are talking about a kid who was abusing Xanax at 13. He isn’t beating up women or committing crimes. He has a serious illness that he cannot seem to overcome. I hope he can get better but I don’t think he will. This is the player who basically bragged about posting 100 yard games while he was drunk. Gordon doesn’t just run bad routes, he runs the wrong routes because he’s high. This is the guy who shows up late to meetings and doesn’t study film or the playbook. Gordon has empirically proven he is a far better receiver than Patterson will ever be but he will probably produce less than him this year because he cannot beat his inner demons and focus on football. Gordon claimed his goal was to be the greatest receiver ever. With Tom Brady throwing him the ball, Josh McDaniels being the perfect coordinator for his skills, and Gronk drawing attention he could be well on his way to achieving that dream. But I won’t hold my breath. Chances are all this hype will be just that. Hype. With no substance behind it. The best part of the trade will be reading this article and day dreaming about what could be. Gordon is the lottery tickets you buy to dream about an early retirement but fully knowing when you scratch it you will have just wasted twenty bucks. And yet if it works out... this team is going to the Super Bowl.

Week 10 is already off to a disastrous start for me.

Well Limited Andre Tippett Jersey , On Thursday night, as I settled in to watch the Steelers and the Panthers, I ignored every instinct in my body that was urging me to take Pittsburgh. In my head, I knew the Steelers were going to win, and I knew they were going to cover as 3.5-point favorites. It wasn’t overly complicated. They are clicking on all cylinders right now, about as well as any NFL team can, and they were playing at home in primetime. And just for the record, the Steelers usually thrive when they are playing in primetime. And yet, my desire to watch a thrilling game between two Super Bowl contenders from each conference got in the way of my better judgement. That’s why I took the Panthers +3.5, and that’s why I paid the painful price.Pittsburgh 52, Carolina 21. Whoops.Considering I’m not very good at making NFL predictions, and am currently treading water just a couple games above the .500 mark this season, I really need to listen to my head instead of my heart more often. One of these days, I might finally learn my lesson. But then again, it is me we’re talking about, and I overthink everything when it comes to football. So that probably won’t happen. Whatever though. At least this Sunday Irving Fryar Jersey Salute to Service , the Patriots will be reuniting with Malcolm Butler on the football field for a couple of hours when they play the Titans in Nashville. It might not be a friendly reunion, but let’s face it: Butler will be a Boston sports legend for the rest of time, all because of one simple, but very timely, interception in Super Bowl XLIX.Things didn’t end for Butler in New England the way they should have, and as a Patriots fan, it’s hard not to feel for the guy. He’s responsible for the single greatest moment of my sports fandom, and I will owe that to him forever. It’s just too bad this game isn’t happening in Foxboro, because if it was, Butler would get an ovation louder than a rock concert when he entered the stadium. Thanks for the memories, Malcolm. See you on Sunday.(Home teams in caps, and all lines courtesy of OddsShark.com)CHIEFS (-16.5) over CardinalsTaking a team that is favored by 17 points is physically painful. But the Cardinals are one of the worst teams in the league, they have a rookie quarterback who is still trying to adjust to the NFL, and Kansas City’s offense is borderline unstoppable. The Chiefs haven’t scored less than 30 points since Week 4. In addition, it’s supposed to be a tad chilly in Kansas City and the Cardinals are an indoor team from the desert. There’s no good reason to get behind Arizona in this game, other than that massive point spread.Falcons (-6) over BROWNSSince the Browns finally fired Hue Jackson about a year too late John Hannah Jersey , I was on the verge of picking them to pull off some kind of HUE-IS-FINALLY-GONE miracle against the Falcons this week, but I just couldn’t do it. Part of that whole “listening to my head” thing.JETS (-7) over BillsThe Jets without Sam Darnold are playng the Bills without Josh Allen. Is anybody actually going to watch this? Even Jets and Bills fans have to at least be considering passing up on football this week. If you’re going to gamble on this game, don’t take the Nathan Peterman team, unless you’re betting on which team will turn the ball over at least five times.BEARS (-6.5) over LionsKhalil Mack has missed the last two games for Chicago. But if he’s cleared to play, it’s going to be a long afternoon for Matt Stafford, who has been getting sacked a lot lately (what else is new?)This is just me, but 6.5 points seems like a lot for a Bears team that has struggled against the NFC North this year. But the Lions have seemingly run into a wall lately, and that Chicago defense is pretty resembling of a wall. Jaguars (+3) over COLTSSheesh, you know the Jaguars have hit rock bottom when they are now considered underdogs against the Colts. That defense — supposed to be the best in the league — has been a huge letdown this year (I would know, I have them in fantasy). But for some odd reason, I picked the Jags to go to Super Bowl LIII, so I kind of need them to get this thing turned around sooner rather than later.Patriots (-6.5) over TITANSSorry we have to do this to you, Malcolm, but the Pats are pretty hot at the moment. October, November, and most of December is usually when they are at their best.Saints (-5.5) over BENGALSSpeaking of hot teams Authentic Tedy Bruschi Jersey , nobody is hotter than the Saints right now. They just handed the Rams their first loss of the season. New Orleans pretty much has all of the momentum in the galaxy. Good luck, Cincy. See you next time.Redskins (+3) over BUCCANEERSThe Redskins will break your heart faster than your first high school girlfriend, but I don’t trust the Tampa Bay defense. Offensively, it’s hard to tell if Ryan Fitzpatrick will throw four touchdown passes or four interceptions. But Alex Smith and Adrian Peterson should be able to do some damage against the Bucs defense. This is a tough one to pick, but I just have to roll with Smith.Chargers (-10) over RAIDERSAt 6-2, the Chargers look like a very good team right now. Picking them to cover as 10-point favorites against a horrendous Oakland team seems like a pretty reasonable decision.I’m just looking forward to the first week of January, however, when Philip Rivers fails to get the Chargers past the wild card round. That will be fun.PACKERS (-10) over DolphinsEven though the Dolphins are 5-4 and are facing a pretty average Packers team, you can’t count on a team from warm, sunny Miami to play well in a place like Green Bay, Wisconsin in mid-November. It’s supposed to be around 30 degrees in Green Bay this Sunday. Do you think anybody from south Florida would be comfortable in that environment? This is one of the oldest rules in the book: warm weather teams don’t do well in cold weather environments, and Green Bay is about as cold as it gets.Seahawks (+9.5) over RAMSAfter that brutal defeat in New Orleans last week, are the Rams vulnerable right now? Whether they are or not, they are 4-4-1 against the spread this year. Nine times out of 10, they are a good bet to win the game straight up, but not always to cover the spread. Their defense got torched by the Saints last week. Can we count on them to play well enough to allow the Rams to win by double-digits? I’m not so sure.EAGLES (-7) over CowboysThe Cowboys are never going anywhere as long as Jason Garrett is their head coach. It’s too bad Jerry Jones will never actually move on from Garrett because he has too much of a man crush on him. It’s not difficult to see that Garrett is a serviceable football coach Limited Rob Gronkowski Jersey , but not a good one. Then again, Jerry is about as clueless as anyone, so there aren’t really any surprises here.49ERS (-3) over GiantsAny time you have the chance to watch a pair of teams that have a combined three wins through nine weeks play each other on Monday Night Football, you absolutely HAVE to do it.Last week: 8-5This week: 0-1Season: 66-64-5 Another week, another stew of riddles from the Patriots regarding who will and won’t play. For Monday night’s game against the Bills, nine Patriots players are listed as questionable. They are: tight end Rob Gronkowski (ankle, back); receiver Josh Gordon (hamstring); linebacker Dont'a Hightower (knee); tackle Marcus Cannon (concussion); tackle Trent Brown (ankle); defensive lineman Geneo Grissom (ankle); tight end Jacob Hollister (hamstring); defensive end John Simon (shoulder); and defensive lineman Deatrich Wise Jr. (ankle, knee). There’s less mystery when it comes to running back Sony Michel, who is doubtful with a knee injury. Somewhat surprisingly, he practiced Saturday, on a limited basis. The Patriots have ruled out cornerback Eric Rowe (groin) and offensive lineman Brian Schwenke (foot).Last week, Gronkowski was listed as questionable until Saturday. After he didn’t make the trip to Chicago with the team, he was downgraded to doubtful. Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Gronkowski’s sounded like a guy who will play. This week, who knows which of the nine will or won’t play? And that’s a mystery that coach Bill Belichick typically constructs before most regular-season games. It’s amazing more teams don’t do the same.

It was New England’s eighth victory in its past nine games and moved the Patriots to 9-3 and keep them in the second spot in the AFC playoff standings with a head-to-head victory over Houston. The Vikings, who had a chance to pick up a game on the Bears, fell to 6-5-1.It was an uneven performance by the Patriots Kenny Britt Jersey Salute to Service , one that likely won’t please Bill Belichick.Tom Brady threw an interception; Stephen Gostkowski missed a field goal; and the Patriots had seven penalties for 60 yards. They still did enough to pull away early in the fourth quarter and assure an 18th consecutive winning season. That is the second-longest streak in NFL history behind only the Cowboys’ 20 straight winning seasons from 1966-85.Brady completed 24 of 32 for 311 yards with a touchdown and an interception. He completed passes to nine different receivers. He was one of seven ball carriers.James White caught seven passes for 92 yards; Josh Gordon caught three passes for 58 yards and a touchdown; and James Develin ran for two touchdowns. The Patriots shut down Adam Thielen, who had only five catches for 28 yards and a touchdown. Kirk Cousins threw two interceptions in the fourth quarter with the Vikings fighting to come back and ended his day 32-of-44 for 201 yards and a touchdown.Dalvin Cook ran for 84 yards on only nine carries. The Steelers and Patriots traded touchdowns on their first possessions and traded punts on their second and before the Steelers have found their way back to the end zone.Ben Roethlisberger hit Antonio Brown for a 17-yard touchdown pass three minutes into the second quarter to give Pittsburgh a 14-7 lead at Heinz Field. The touchdown came one play after a pass interference penalty that few in New England are likely to praise as a good call. Cornerback Jonathan Jones was running with Steelers wide receiver Eli Rogers on the sideline when the ball fell incomplete and the contact that drew a flag didn’t appear to be particularly egregious. It was judged to be enough for a flag, however Authentic Cordarrelle Patterson Jersey , and now the Patriots are up for their chance to keep the pattern going in the first half.

Bills The Cleveland Browns released their inactive list for their second preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.Dan Labbe of the Plain Dealer provided the list of inactives a little more than an hour before Friday night’s 7:30 p.m. kickoff at FirstEnergy Stadium. No surprises here. Projected starters Kevin Zeitler and Trevon Coley remain sidelined for another week as expected http://www.brownsauthorizedshops.com/authentic-emmanuel-ogbah-jersey , and rotational defensive tackle Caleb Brantley will also miss the game. Surprise standout defensive end Marcell Frazier will miss this week after suffering a concussion.Notably, the Browns have moved tight end Darren Fells to the second tight end position, replacing fullback Danny Vitale. After releasing fullback Marquez Williams, the Browns may be attempting to try different combinations of tight ends to potentially fill the rarely-deployed fullback duties with H-backs instead of keeping a fullback on their roster. We’ll see how this plays out tonight and over the following two preseason games, but it wouldn’t be the first time an NFL team decides to enter a season without a traditional fullback on its roster.Browns promote defensive back Jeremiah McKinnon from practice squad The Cleveland Browns promoted defensive back Jeremiah McKinnon to the active roster on Tuesday.McKinnon, who has yet to appear in a regular season game Duke Johnson Jersey , will fill the roster spot of cornerback Terrance Mitchell, who was placed on injured reserve following surgery to repair a broken wrist suffered in Sunday’s loss to the Oakland Raiders. The Browns announced the transactions on the team’s website.McKinnon entered the league in 2016 when he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He spent time on the Tennessee Titans practice squad that season, before seeing time on the practice squad of the New York Giants in 2017.He was waived this past summer by the Giants and the Browns picked up McKinnon after the start of training camp. Once with the team, however, McKinnon made sure he was noticed, at one point getting into a scuffle with wide receiver Rashard Higgins. Ironically Authentic Christian Kirksey Jersey , McKinnon and Mitchell worked out together as the two defensive backs were friendly from their time together at training camp with the Cowboys in 2016, McKinnon told clevelandbrowns.com:As for Mitchell, his loss is a big blow for the defense as he was playing very well opposite rookie cornerback Denzel Ward. He may still return this season as teams are allowed to select two players to return from injured reserve. The Browns don’t have to make that call until Mitchell is able to return to practice, but he will have to miss a minimum of eight games, according to league rules. That means the earliest that Mitchell could return to the field would be the December 9 game against the Carolina Panthers. Clearance NFL Jerseys

some Cleveland Browns is our good friend Gin_And_Tonic with the latest offering of The Longtable. In this episode he has some guests to extrapolate upon our shared anguish (which admittedly is marginally down this season) looking both back and forward: Last week’s standard heart-breaking loss to the hapless Buccaneers Looking ahead to this week against PittsburghThe referees: it’s getting ridiculousUps and downs of an almost brownier year than usualGive it a listen - hit the player at the top of this page. Also Greg Joseph Jersey Elite , embedded in between the article and comments’ section of this and every DBN article is a little widget where you can not only hear this program, but get a quick look at the last several dozen (or so) ‘casts that have been done overall on the ‘Network. We are also now available on Apple Podcasts, so there’s literally no excuse not to listen http://www.clevelandbrownsteamonline.com/greg-joseph-jersey , but just in case you come with one, here’s more ways to hear it: Always appreciate feedback in the comments’ section below, thanks for listening and GO BROWNS! The Cleveland Browns may be in a bit of a slump at the moment Authentic Greg Joseph Jersey , but that hasn’t stopped the NFL from giving the club another primetime game. The league announced on Wednesday that Cleveland’s game against the Denver Broncos on December 15 has been moved to an 8:20 p.m. start time. The matchup will be preceded by a game between the Houston Texans and the New York Jets as part of a Saturday doubleheader. Both games will be televised nationally by the NFL Network, and the Browns game will also be available on local TV in the Cleveland market. The game will be the second primetime appearance of the season for the Browns, who defeated the New York Jets in a Thursday night matchup on September 20. This will be the Browns first trip to Denver since 2012 Myles Garrett Jersey Elite , when they lost to the Broncos by a score of 34-12 behind the quarterback duo of Brandon Weeden and Colt McCoy, who combined to pass for just 183 yards while taking six sacks on the day. That turned out to be head coach Pat Shurmur’s final year in Cleveland, a fate that certainly could repeat itself this year with head coach Hue Jackson. The Broncos have been a tough matchup for the Browns over the years as Cleveland has dropped 11 consecutive meetings to Denver. Cleveland’s last win over the Broncos came on a Monday night game in 1990 http://www.clevelandbrownsteamonline.com/myles-garrett-jersey , when the Browns rallied from a nine-point deficit in the fourth quarter to win on a Jerry Kauric 30-yard field goal. The Browns are just 3-12 all time against the Broncos in Denver, with the other two wins coming in 1970 and 1972. Custom Buffalo Bills Jerseys

But the records remained in Cleveland Womens Emmanuel Ogbah Jersey , thanks to the deal struck by the league to persuade Art Modell to leave behind the team name and everything else associated with it.Rookie running back Nick Chubb, a member of the reconstituted Browns http://www.clevelandbrownsteamonline.com/briean-boddy-calhoun-jersey , made Browns history on Sunday. As noted by Browns communications coordinator Mike Annarella, Chubb became the youngest Browns player since Jim Brown to rush for more than 100 yards and score multiple touchdowns in a single game.Chubb accomplished the feat on Sunday against the Raiders Authentic Kevin Zeitler Jersey , at 22 and 277 days.
