In the event that you had full creative control over Runescape for 2020 (assume proposed upgrades such as Archeology, PvM Hub and GWD3 are set in stone), what would you aim to achieve or implement? Depends when I got full budget control I'd give raises to a few people and hire new talent too before looking into content.More quests...probably mostly bottle quests to conserve funds to work on cleaning up obsolete and dead content.Might be unpopular, but I'd scrap all new content (except for maybe iOS mobile) and concentrate solely on fixing runescape.
