I enjoyed it better than weekends at BXP, because it had a set amount of Potential XP and a very long time limit to utilize that potential XP, as a result not affecting the economy as much, or giving no-lifers/acc sharers a higher reward than regular players. These events are much more beneficial than BXP weekends (but not only for combat abilities).
