When I first started, I was a teenager, eager to RS gold play runescape because I thought it was amazing I could be a character and just roam around a whole world, going wherever I wanted. I played the tutorial on islands beginning with 12 Gp. ).
I took my role as an adventurer "seriously" I was willing to fight anyone with my bronze sword, wooden shield and sword. Smithing and mine were my favourite skills back then. I wanted to make full-iron armor and was excited to find out more about the different shades (mithril LOL). What did I do to find out more about runescape! Sal's Realm of Runescape, of course! Through the years, much has changed in Runescape, and many of the changes weren't positive.
I hated bot nuke day, and its infernal delay, I hated Dungeoneering, I was adamant about the fact that I couldn't make money selling armor in the exchange (smithing became really useless) Also, I hated the fact that there were many fraudsters in the game (I clicked a video with a "link" to a fake runescape.com which was where my password was taken... Yes it happens for the most skilled players) and all my dragon armor was stolen (thankfully, my money was safe in my bank). While all of these issues were very troubling, I was forced to leave because of two factors.
Jagex was terrible with customer support. I was of the opinion that they were not interested. Jagex came up the original idea to bring back runescape 2007 as a solution, rather than fixing the game.
Runescape has drastically changed in the past two years. Although I wish I could come back, I am so busy with my senior-year at university that it's like I don't really have time. Although many of those problems that I mentioned are still present, I will always love this game because of the wonderful memories it has given me.
How can I forget Elvarg's defeat in Dragon Slayer? What can you do to forget the Chosen Commander's victory? There are more unforgettable quests that I cannot mention. Although I doubt I will return in the near future This community will remain active for many years to come. Thank you Runescape, as well as Sal for the guide!
