I'm convinced you'll extremely difficult to pay less than 1m , and OSRS GP even more likely you'll be spending 1.5-2m over the next three levels. Summoning is among the things that make you bite your fingers and don't fret about prices.

It's worth it to earn these levels, Yip, Tort and Bat are all useful familiars, but I'm not sure of any method that is cheap that doesn't require a huge number of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which requires you to farm abyssal creatures yourself for abyssal attraction) and Graahks/Kyatt's is the only truly lucrative and marketable familiars I've found below the age of 66.

I'm not looking for most exp pouches, I want pouches that can be sold back in order to reduce my losses; I only have two mills in my accounts but I'd like 69 summoning and am planning to utilize as many charms as is needed, in the event that I need to.

In the closing paragraph, the most selling familiars that I have are Kyatt three, Graahk as well as Lurker. All other familiars could be sold given the right time or at a reasonable cost, but they'll probably be in the sub-saint loss. There's really nothing in the way of useful familiars that aren't at the Yip/Tort stage which is why most pouches go for around 50% of the price they were created for or less. In other words, the best strategy to limit loss is to not waste time gathering the materials for the ones which make money and instead create the ones that sell quickly, with the time you've saved, make the loss again.

Based on my experience with these levels, it was more efficient to just eat the price of multi-millions instead of trying scrape every gp I could get out of the whole thing.

I'd say Eagle kite due to the fact that CLS sucks that much. Apart from PvP it's pretty much no purpose, it's outclassed by other types of equipment (usually Rapier) in every situation. Bandos is arguable - maul has better damage and duration, however CLS allows you to be able to tank using shields.

If Jad is the only thing you'll make use of an Eagle kites for, it's not worth the cost. There are many benefits higher than CLS. My view of the most effective method to gain items: Arc Stream - cheap and best mage ammy game. Rapier - best melee weapon in game. I wouldn't recommend it only for Jad, definitely to do other things. I already own a rapier, by the way. That's why I was trying to decide which cls. If it's not all that much superior to a rapier in the sense of controlling I can get it following the shield.
