That was actually Louis Tomlinson's sister. Cultural apropriation could be a issue, but people often speak about it the wrong way. For example, if a brand new culture adopts say a hairstyle and it becomes a popular fad, but the civilization that invented it's seen as backwards for using it, that's problematic cultural apropriation.
