The Rice Huller(LIANGGONG) is automatically and continuously processed from rice cleaning, stone removal, shelling, grain separation, whitening, and white rice classification. The whole machine has beautiful appearance, compact structure, small floor space, no hidden rice, high rice yield, less broken rice and low power consumption. When the rice is in the machine, the standard finished rice can be obtained in one process. The white rice that is processed into rice for consumption must be cleaned, such as Shibuya (to the outer shell) and rice (to the rice). The Shigu machine has two upper and lower sanding discs, one for the moving plate and one for the fixed plate. (1) The cleaning sieve body should be smooth, intact, stable in operation and free of abnormal noise.

(3) When the sieve hole is clogged, it should not be knocked with iron or hard objects. The long plate brush can be used to remove the blockage; the broken surface of the sieve surface should be repaired or replaced in time.

(4) There should be no collision sound during fan operation. After the feed, check the stone, miscellaneous and row of stones and impurities in the raw materials. If there is too much grain in the sand, the cause should be identified and excluded.

(5) The stone machine sieve plate and each damper should be kept open, and the wire hole should be cleaned by wire brush. Do not hit it to avoid damage.

(6) When adjusting the eccentric rotating mechanism, loosen the rubber pad fastening device, tighten it after tightening, so that it is in the state of no prestress.
