The Baltimore Orioles have placed reliever Darren O’Day and outfielder Craig Gentry on the 10-day disabled list.

O’Day hurt his left hamstring while fielding a bunt on Tuesday night and Gentry sustained a left rib fracture when hit by a pitch in Atlanta on Friday.

It’s the second trip to the DL this season for O’Day Womens Pavel Buchnevich Jersey , who missed a month with a hyperextended elbow.

This injury could also result in a lengthy absence. Manager Buck Showalter said, ”Not sure we can put a timeframe on it. It’s pretty sore.”

The sidearmer is 0-2 with a 3.60 ERA.

    Gentry is batting .244 with a team-high 10 steals.

Baltimore recalled utility man Steve Wilkerson and right-hander Jimmy Yacabonis from Triple-A Norfolk. Wilkerson made his major league debut last week Vladislav Namestnikov Jersey , and Yacabonis is expected to start Thursday against Seattle in place of Dylan Bundy, who went on the disabled list Tuesday.

The Chicago White Sox have placed right-hander Nate Jones on the 10-day disabled list with a muscle strain in his forearm.

Manager Rick Renteria says Jones told the team about the issue after he faced three batters during Tuesday night’s 5-1 victory over Cleveland Bobby Ryan Jersey , allowing a hit, a walk and recording one out. The veteran reliever got an MRI Chris Wideman Jersey , and Renteria says the injury is ”very mild.”

Jones is 2-2 with a 4.01 ERA and four saves in 27 appearances this year. Renteria says he will stop throwing for six days and then be re-evaluated.

Chicago also recalled right-hander Juan Minaya from Triple-A Charlotte before Wednesday night’s game against the Indians. Minaya has no record and a 10.80 ERA in five appearances with the White Sox this year.
