one wish for the XP. i dont much like the dream. will we, like, have hardcore lower EXP and so the racer dudes go play hardcore, while the most of us could possibly get to lvl 100 in softcore? its not worth my own time going over lvl 90, basically even hit THAT.

What may be the problem with Slayer dream?
In 3.0.0 we of 30% max life leech per POE Trade second (20% base + 10% from fervour). No VP
In 3.1.0 we have now 40% max life leech per second (20% base 2 from VP).
