I can't tell you how uneven the caves are. Make a"reserve" system. This is how it would work: Let's state the cave is at maximum, and small Joey would like to go in, but people are clicking quicker than him to get in. Click "enter" or"book". Reserve will leave you a spot and alert you with OSRS gold a message if your allowed to go in, but you only have 10 seconds to operate in. And if you leave the bounty hunter region, you will be removed from the list.

Upon entering, you will get any random goal in the area. I suggest that they try and create your goal the closest level to yours. As you can see, I am not even close to being done with BH. I will hopefully learn more to add after.
