Takahashi's cosplay article seemed in the June 1983 issue of My Anime (above).   Cosplay Costume  It blanketed the enthusiasts who dressed up as manga and anime characters from the Comiket conference in Tokyo.

The article featured an array of cosplayers in intricate costumes: superheroes like Kamen Rider; practical robotic costumes from anime together with Techno Police 21C; anime heroes from Lupin III and Star Blazers;  Wanda Maximoff Costume    as well as horny cosplay, like Lum Invader from Urusei Yatsura.
