2k was gold in sports games and they are definitely up there. Nonetheless, it's been a few years since I've seen anything from them. The nba 2k20 mt expression of the game is quite similar, just every couple years, really changing. My issues are making cap limitations and with MyCareer style. In 2k12 you could max out each skill to your player, but in 2k19 you might have 99 3pt shot only to be stuck going around playing defense like your 40 year old Dirk Nowitzki.

And of course your only given a year before another game comes out and your likely no greater than a 93 overall(not many people reach higher than 96 without mad playtime). MyLeague and MyGM will be the only modes I believe were really decent, I have always loved mimicking and producing certain teams.

My MyLeague constitutes how bad buy mt nba 2k20 MyCareer has gotten since I'm given control over groups and players. Created teams however have minimal commentary and are known as home or away team. That and how often you hear the comment bothers me. Also how come Kobe or even Garnett never mention your MyPlayer at games even though I've broken each and every record by each player in history? I don't play online modes because unless your net is ideal your gonna be moving really choppy and shooting, unless your Curry, is always a pain.

It is a game that is fantastic but seems to be steadily diminishing in overall quality. 2ks focus seems to be purely Online gameplay but everything considered I'd still say it's better than the crap EA puts out.
