Lil Durk is relaxing after stage surge

    Rap artist Lil Durk claims he is taking time off to recover after being harmed by a pyrotechnic at the Lollapalooza event in Chicago.

    When a smoke bomb went off in his face on Saturday night, the 29-year-old was playing to a group of thousands.

    In fan-captured video clip, he was seen shocking in reverse from the tool and wiping his eyes with a tee shirt.

    Although he completed the performance, Lil Durk later published an image from health center with a patch over one eye.

    " As a result of the incident that took place at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I' ma pause & focus on my health," he captioned the picture on Instagram.

    " I completed my efficiency the other day for my followers. Appreciate y' all.".

    Lil Durk has more than 20 US trip days set up prior to completion of the year. It is not yet clear the amount of of those shows will be affected.

    Lollapalooza has not talked about the case, which came as Lil Durk was executing the track Back In Blood throughout his early evening set.

    "That one came a little close. It shot straight up.".

    Lil Durk took a few moments to accumulate himself prior to continuing his performance. "No more smoke, allow's do it," he told the jam-packed crowd, according to Page 6.

    The drill star scored his second United States primary in March, with his seventh workshop album 7220. The document contained his biggest hit to day, Broadway Girls, with country vocalist Morgan Wallen.

    Their collaboration raised a few brows, as Wallen had been involved in debate after a video clip arised showing him yelling the N-word outside his home in Nashville.

    The vocalist was briefly put on hold by his document tag as well as banned by several country music TV as well as radio stations.

    Lil Durk later defended Wallen, saying he was "not a racist" and also had actually "simply slipped up".
