　　 PEX Crimp Fitting construction. Insulation layer should be laid on the upper floor adjacent to the non-heated room and under the floor heating pipe on the upper floor of the residential floor, as well as the radiant heating floor along the periphery of the outer wall. When the thermal insulation layer is made of polystyrene foam plastic board, the thickness should meet the following requirements:

　　1) The insulation layer is 20mm. The filling layer above the geothermal pipe should be filled with fine stone concrete. The filling layer on the heating pipe should be covered with a 2mm diameter steel mesh with a spacing of 100-150mm. The filling layer should not be less than 30mm.

　　 2) Inspection, debugging and acceptance of floor heating

　　3) Floor heating radiant heating system, from the completion of the heating pipe laying and the installation of the heat medium collection device and the pressure test, until the concrete filling layer curing period expires and the pressure is maintained.

　　Before the PEX Expansion Ring water pressure test, the pressure test pipes and components should be safely and effectively fixed and protected. The test pressure should not be less than the static pressure of the system plus 0.3Mpa, but not higher than 0.6Mpa. Reliable anti-freezing measures should be taken when water pressure test is carried out in winter.
