This one is by far the most difficult to play in the Madden series. This is quite significant considering that the year had player heads that were not visible and huge glitches that made large lines of lines to appear on the screen in the same way as players watching in an old plasma. What's most disappointing with the constant occurrence of glitches is that it causes difficulties with the gameplay as if a framerate decreases at a particular time and players are unable to make a catch or even a kick.

There's no doubt about it, be far and away one of the major improvements between NFL 21 and NFL 20 is the improvement in the graphics. It's almost as though the players are actually watching the game when the zoomed-out camera's zoomed out. Even though the characters on the sidelines look like PS2 NPCs and the fans in the bleachers look like cardboard cutouts, the models of the characters are so intricate and cutting edge.

Be clear, this is an EA game, and EA games will function exactly as they are expected. Micro transactions appearing within a game isn't an issue anymore, but that does not make it any less insulting when they are visible to players and cover the entire menu. The game is difficult, long, and buy Madden 22 coins slow with no spending any money.
