That's not necessarily true,' Lygdback told Variety.</p><p>'They might have been moving around for four hours a day, let's say, but the actual gym session? I never train my clients for more than an hour because what doesn't happen in the first hour will not happen in the second hour at the gym. All you do after the first hour is just start to break down your body. So one hour a day, six days a week. It was a four-day split, meaning you're working different muscles each day and and then you've covered the whole body in four days. 'You have a lot of help. The studio will get you the best trainer and the best nutritionist and the best plan. They organize everything. </p><p>'So you don't really have to do much. They tell you what to do and when to do it. Of course, you've got to put in some work yourself. But for The Northman, I was very excited about finally making the movie after years of pre-production, and planning, and talking to Rob about the character and the story. </p><p>'There's so many months and years of just hypothetically talking about the character in loose terms. But then when you start training, that's the first day when you go into real pre-production, at least for me as an actor. And it becomes very real that you're actually getting ready to do it.'</p><p>Skarsgård added, 'I was incredibly excited and motivated to actually start that journey, putting on some weight. 	<description><![CDATA[<p>Prohibited performance-enhancing drugs linked to heart attacks, strokes and even infertility are being sold on <a style="font-weight: bold;" href="/sciencetech/ebay/index.html" id="mol-38cc45e0-cd28-11ec-9e22-1981d8084751">eBay</a> and Depop, MailOnline can reveal.</p><p>Selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) are available for as little as 25p per pill on the online marketplaces used by children as young as 13. </p><p>The drugs <span style="font-size: 16px;">have been popular in the underground bodybuilding scene for several years. </span>They work like steroids but have not been fully tested for safety on humans, are not prescribed by doctors, and prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency.</p><p>MailOnline found two listings for Rad-140, one of the most powerful SARMS on the market, with sellers based in Oxford and Glasgow.</p><p>Prices ranged from between £15-£40 for 60 capsules — although the cheaper seller admitted the tub had been opened and two pills were missing.</p><p>Experts urged people not to buy SARMs, warning life-threatening complications can occur 'within a fortnight' of use.

<h2>Share this article</h2><div><span>Share</span></div></div></div><p>SARMs are man-made chemicals that look like testosterone to the body and bind to receptors responsible for muscle growth.</p><p>They were designed for people with muscle-wasting diseases and to be less toxic than steroids.</p><p>But the experimental drugs still carry significant risk, according to Dr Klaus Witte,  <a href="https://droidoo.com/korea-bodybuilding-for-bodybuilders/">droidoo.com</a> a consultant cardiologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.</p><p>'They can cause adverse changes on cholesterol levels and liver function,' he told MailOnline.</p><p>'They have been associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke and acute liver injury and acute heart muscle inflammation known as myocarditis.</p>
