Fitness star Chontel Duncan has revealed what it was like isolating with Covid with her husband and five children who are all under six years old.
The mum, who has three-month old twins, took to her popular Instagram account to announce her positive Covid result and share a series of photos from the family's isolation with her one million followers.
'It's horrendous; I've never felt this unwell then add our five very energetic tiny humans in iso...wow!' the Brisbane mum wrote in the post.

Chontel is isolating with her husband, Sam and children, Jeremiah, five, Swayde, four, one-year-old Paris, and newborns Havana and Justice.
Candid snaps showed the less glamorous side of being stuck at home sick with a full household as she feeds one of her twins with a tissue stuck up her nose.
In her Instagram stories, the 32-year-old mum said during her week 'completely out of action' she is '100 per cent' sticking to a healthy diet, getting a good dose of vitamin D, and drinking plenty of water.

The fitness guru is also using the time to rest her foot after she suffered an oblique fracture - a type of broken bone that breaks on an angle - last month.
Chontel said she is determined to get back to the gym and her fitness routine as soon as she can.
'I'll be back, I wont give up - I'm stronger than a broken foot, this virus, newborn twins five kids and no sleep,' she joked.
Many in the comments sent their well wishes to the family hoping for a speedy recovery and shared their own isolation stories.
'I'm at seven days post Covid and I'm still unwell. Training has been super hard (please go easy on your first session back as your lungs will be burning). Hang in there guys, you've got this,' one fan wrote.

Previously, she detailed what she normally eats in a day to gain muscle and maintain a toned physique.
At the moment Chontel is following an eight-week program and says the meal plan is tailored specifically to her body, training, lifestyle and fitness goals.
'Being a busy mama, I find nutrition is the first thing I sacrifice. I can easily forget to eat for the first half of the day, leaving me starving like a wild animal by the afternoon. Which then results in me consuming my entire body weight in food,' she wrote.
