Calvin Rayborn II braved the uncertainty of velocity on the Bonneville Salt Flats and regained Harley's name as being a severe velocity machine. This popularity had been in query after the introduction of their small one-cylinder bikes designed to compete with the Asian bikes. Harley did not need to be identified for tinker toy bikes, they needed to be prime dog, and by attaining that large speed did simply that. The Streamliner, an incredibly custom-made V-Twin bike retrofitted with a body, resembled extra of a blimp than it did a bike. Those wacky-trying aerodynamics propelled it into pace stardom.
