On the minus side, I agree that it was weak to skip out on the rally alone, and as an alternative generate about a single lame-ass letter from a celebrity hipster child as a sort of straw-person stand-in for the rally that this piece claims to in fact be about. This was a lot far more of a Cool Mom Rally - the serious leftist hipsters were considerably much too anxious about how lame this rally was to bother going and be observed with individuals so earnestly honest and milquetoast. It has however to be observed whether or not he is in advance of the curve, and this will be a realization later on reached by the relaxation of Gen X, or if he’s likely to be a lone voice in the wilderness, derided for placing himself up for failure by really proclaiming that he believes in anything.
