An Australian teacher and meal prepping pro has shared her simple recipe for guilt-free custard toasts she cooks in the airfryer that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Sydney mum, Katie Lolas demonstrated how to make the 10-minute breakfast treat using her simple homemade custard, bread and berries in a posted to her popular Instagram page, Lady Lolas.

'Topped with fresh berries and a three-ingredient custard, every bite is buttery, sweet, and tangy. This recipe has gone viral for good reason,' the mum-of-one captioned the clip.
