In the very first story, she right away hooks up with Marth on meeting him, dumps him with minor to no mourning after he performs a Face–Heel Turn, immediately begins relationship Link, then begins relationship Cloud following Link dies (and she outright admits that the only rationale she dated Link was for the reason that he is a man and she's straight), then Cloud performs a Face–Heel Turn and Link will come Back from the Dead for her to date yet again, and at last Marth performs a Heel–Face Turn and she dates him again (Link is flawlessly all right with this mainly because Zelda is introduced to him as an alternate selection).
